Had a great experience getting our Model X repaired at North State. After much anxiety following our accident, the staff there put us at ease and gave us immediate confidence they would be able to handle the repair and keep us informed. From the time we dropped off to the great updates and pictures, the process was better than expected and easy. We felt reassured and confident they were on top of things even to not even from them even handling the drop off of our rental, going beyond just the repair itself. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
