The team at North State Custom did a fantastic job of taking all of the stress out of the whole repair process for our Tesla Model 3. The staff was professional and courteous at all times, and I deeply appreciate their help with our rental vehicle while the car was being repaired. Additionally, they sent out regular updates (sometimes with photos!) that added to the level of comfort in the attention paid to their customers’ needs. The cookies were pretty good, too, when I went to pick up the car! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again.
