I have had a number of major repairs to various cars over the years. All have been good experiences. However, I am compelled to write a review because my experience with North State Custom, in particular, with Greg, has been truly remarkable. I have never had such up to date information regarding costs, estimates, time required, and photos of progress as I did with this repair. Greg was always concerned about my time and any inconvenience that arose, always making it easier for me. Tesla recommended them and I know why. Hopefully I do not need them again, but if the need arises, I will certainly use North State Custom !
