I recently nicked the side of my new Tesla X on a concrete column in my parking garage. Sadness:( I was concerned that sending it to the nearest approved Tesla repair shop, far from Greenwich, would end up be a logistically challenging and expensive experience. I was relieved when I received an initial quote from NSC that was quite reasonable and one that actually matched the final bill. In addition, the customer-friendly team coordinated the pick-up and drop-off of my car. NSC completed the work on the same day as pick-up and it was in my driveway before I returned from work. I highly recommend NSC, even to those of us residing in the Fairfield County area.
