A tree limb fell on my Tesla 3, breaking the moon roof and denting the body. We took it to North State at the recommendation of the Tesla people in Mount Kisco. I could not have been more pleased with their work. The car is beautiful, completely restored; you would never know anything had happened to it. The service was outstanding: they kept me informed at all times along the way, they were highly responsive to my questions, and they were able to get it done fairly quickly even during a time of general supply chain issues. Most importantly they dealt directly with the insurance company. I don’t normally write reviews, but I really think these guys deserve it. If anything happens to our cars again, we will go back there without hesitation.
