Their work was excellent, not much more to say there. Customer service experience was as follows: They provided updates with pictures periodically, which was very helpful so we knew status. They hustled to get the work done as quickly as possible (acknowledging that Tesla is backed up on supplying parts). They made my life easy on drop-off and pickup, being quick and coordinating pickup and return of my Enterprise rent-a-car. I will enthusiastically go back to them if I have a future need for body work (though I hope I have no such need!).
