I recently was involved in an accident involving black ice. My 2004 Mercedes E 320, my favorite car of all time, was totalled. But it was quite a journey to get the insuramce company to acknowledge that suich was the case. Enter Greg Cacarro and the North State staff. After my car was damaged I had it towed to North State, the body shop that my family has been using for years. In fact, my father had his 1954 Austin Healy 1006 painted and restored at North State in 1970. So, my insurance company inpected my mercedes and said it could be fixed for a few thousand dollars. I ran this by Greg, who intinctively knew this esimate was wrong based on the damage to the car he had observed. Greg called the insurance company and straightened everything ut so that in the end I got the correct amount for my insurance claim. This is an example of how North State went above and beyond to assist its customers. I highly recommend them.
